| Review of Vocabulary Cartoons I and II - SAT Word Power by New Monic Books |
This is truly a fun way for junior high and high school students to study for the SAT,
especially if your student learns better visually. The cartoons are genius and really
help the vocabulary to stick.
Each books contains 290 words commonly found on the SAT test and is presented with
easy to remember memory aids in the form of word associations and humorous
cartoons. After every 20 words, there is a review of the words learned in that section.
Because the cartoons are humorous, my son has truly retained the meaning behind the
vocabulary words and he uses them regularly in his writing.
Pros: These awesome cartoons truly help those that learn visually to retain the

Cons: There's only 2 books! They need to have more.
