The lessons in this book will aid parents in teaching young children about God's will
for us and His unconditional loving kindness for all. They help children begin a
learning process of what is expected of them by their parents and by God. The
lessons include:

The Golden Rule
sets the tone for entire program - do unto others as you would have done unto you.
Also includes instructions to make a Character Goodie Bag which contains little trinket reminders of using
their hearts to honor and please God.

helps young children understand the importance of being helpful as they learn of God's will for us all to think
of others and do for them gladly and willingly.

Forgiveness
helps young children understand the importance of being forgiving of others as well as asking for forgiveness
from others and God as they learn of God's loving mercy.

Patience
helps young children understand the virtue of patience as they learn to trust that God knows what is best for
them.

Obedience & Respect
helps young children understand the importance of being obedient and respectful as they learn of God's will
for them and their parents.

Honesty & Trustworthiness
helps young children understand the importance of being honest and trustworthy as they learn more about
God's will for us to always tell the truth and keep our word.

Thankfulness
helps young children understand the importance of being thankful as they learn more about God's will for us
to be grateful in all situations.

Cheerfulness

live for Him and always look for the positive and have joy in our hearts.

Diligence & Persistence

God's will for us to always try our best and never give up.

for them.

Doing the Right Thing
culmination of entire program - helps young children understand the importance of always listening to their
good heart that God gave them to do His will and always choose to do the right thing. Also includes
instruction for making an award banner to be used daily.
